Holidaymode.eu gives access to holidaymode.eu's website (hereinafter called "website"). We sell our products to you according to the conditions described on this page. The conditions must be read carefully before using the website. By using this site you agree to these terms entirety.

ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
We do our best to ensure uninterrupted access to the site and that no errors occur during transmissions. However, we cannot guarantee this because of the nature of the Internet. Your access to the Site may be interrupted or restricted at times due to repair, maintenance or introduction of new facilities or services. We try to limit the frequency and duration of this.
VALID SECURITY CERTIFICATE
The connection to holidaymode.eu uses a valid, secure server SSL certificate. Secure TLS connection: The connection to holidaymode.eu uses a strong protocol version and a strong encryption program.
The agreement is concluded when you approve the purchase on the site. You will receive an order confirmation via email. The e-mail is a confirmation that holidaymode.eu has received your order. However, you can always contact us to get a copy of your order confirmation (email@example.com). The prices on the website are daily prices incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices on the site are constantly updated. Holidaymode.eu has ownership of the product until you have paid the full amount for the product and holidaymode.eu has received the amount. Orders can only be placed through the website. We do not receive orders by letter, email, telephone, etc. Holidaymode.eu cannot enter into agreements with persons who are not lawful without the parents' consent. If this has happened, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org. Holidaymode.eu reserves the right to withhold any order before shipment to check the package. Holidaymode.eu's consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Although we always strive to express ourselves correctly and error-free, there may be typos, inaccuracies and missing product descriptions, prices and product availability. We reserve the right to correct and add content to the site. If you have ordered a product that has the wrong price, you will be contacted for information. If the price error proves to be manifestly incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
All prices are incl. VAT and taxes. Prices are daily prices and are constantly updated.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
At holidaymode.eu it is possible to pay with:
- Credit card. No charge will be levied on credit cards. We receive the following cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Dankort incl. Visa / Dankort and eDankort.
- MobilePay, and still have exactly the same rights as when you pay by card.
- Paypal - Please note that when paying with PayPal, you are not covered by the opposition scheme.
All payments are made via SSL-encrypted connections to secure the card data as much as possible. We cannot see your card data and we can never withdraw more than the amount you paid for the purchase.
Our payment gateway is Quickpay, which is approved as a payment software provider by PBS / Nets and Clearhaus in Denmark and by Euroline in Sweden and security approved by Visa / MasterCard (PCI standard). Thus, Quickpay complies with all the security requirements that are prescribed.
We strive to have all orders placed before 2 p.m. (14.00) are shipped the same weekday. Orders ordered after 2 p.m. (14.00) will be sent the followint weekday. Longer delivery times can be expected in connection with sales and holidays.

Is the color not right, or is the size wrong? You have 30 days to return your purchase from the day the product (s) is received or notified for receipt. Return the product to us in substantially the same condition and quantity (with hang tags, etc.), please include the invoice. As soon as we receive your return products, we will refund the amount.
We only deal with products that you purchased through holidaymode.eu. We do not receive packages sent by c.o.d., and we do not collect at the nearest pick-up point. Send the return with track and trace and remember to get a receipt with the tracking number, because you are responsible for the product until it arrives at our address: Holidaymode, Lindenæsvej 20, 8300 Odder, Denmark.
NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. It happens if the value of the product is impaired because:
According to legislation, you have a right of claim for 2 years (possibility of repair, exchange or money back). If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com. You must concact us within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and within 2 months of the error being detected. If you would like to make use of the claim right, you must include the invoice and send the product to us.
In connection with complaints, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by SMS / tel. +45 60707016. Customer service will help you process the complaint to get you through the process as soon as possible. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive the further instructions. When returning the item, please state as detailed as possible what the problem is. If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us. In the event of an unjustified complaint, you must bear all transport costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the goods after examination, and we can charge you an amount of up to €20 for examination of the goods.
Remember that the product must always be shipped in proper packaging and please get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore, save mail receipt incl. shipping cost information and track and trace number. Note! We do not receive packages sent by c.o.d., and we do not collect at the nearest pick-up point.
In order to shop on www.holidaymode.eu you must at least state:

The above data is stored with information on which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.
However, if you have created a login to be able to self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted, unless you ask us to do so.
Information is not disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the business. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law applicable at any given time.
As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Act on the processing of personal data and inquiries in connection therewith addressed to holidaymode.eu via e-mail email@example.com.
Agreements (purchase orders) can be concluded in Danish or English and kept by the company for 5 years, according to the Bookkeeping Act. It is not possible to access the contract afterwards through our website. If you would like to receive a new copy of the contract per. e-mail, then send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
MODIFICATION OF SERVICES OR ADDITIONS TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, business policies and these terms at any time. Your use of the Website and your orders is governed by the policies and conditions that apply when you use the Website or when you order goods from us, unless the law requires a change to these policies and conditions (in which case these changes will also apply for your previous orders). If any of these conditions are invalid or for any reason are unenforceable, the condition in question will be separated from the conditions and thus will not affect the validity and enforceability of the other conditions.
