We ship within 24 hours

All orders placed on weekdays before 14.00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14.00 will be sent the following weekday. Longer delivery times can be expected during sale and holidays.

Shipping to EU - Delivery time 2-7 days, occationally up to 21 days

Shipping OUT OF EU - Delivery time 3-21 days

Shipping to Sweden - Delivery time 1-4 weekdays

RETURN

Is the color not right, or is the size wrong? You have 30 days to return your purchase from the day the item (s) is received or notified for receipt. Return the product to us in substantially the same condition and quantity (with hang tags, etc.), use the return form (DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM HERE). As soon as we receive your return products, we will refund the amount.

We only deal with products that you purchased through holidaymode.dk. We do not receive packages sent by c.o.d., and we do not collect at the nearest pick-up point. Send the return with track and trace and remember to get a receipt with the tracking number, because you are responsible for the product until it arrives at our address: Holidaymode.dk, Lindenæsvej 20, 8300 Odder, Denmark.

NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. It happens if the value of the product is impaired because:

• - you have actually used the product
• - it was damaged while you were responsible for it (remember to fold clothes nicely),
• - you have handled the goods in a different way than was necessary in order to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of operation of the goods -
• you have removed labels, hang tags, price tags, info signs etc.
• - missing or damaged packaging
